What is Easter ?
Easter is the remembrance and celebration of Jesus’ crucifixion, death, and resurrection.
Here’s what that means for you.
-
- Your sins can be forgiven and no longer have to live in shame;
- You have access to hope and freedom;
- You have access to eternal life.
Significance of Easter Weekend
- Good Friday: On Good Friday, we remember the ultimate sacrifice—Jesus giving His life for ours. It’s a time to pause, and reflect on His work done on the cross.
- Resurrection Sunday: On Resurrection Sunday, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. We celebrate a fresh start and our new found hope in God.
